Your adventure begins in Airlie Beach, the heart of the Whitsundays, with a warm welcome from the crew and your fellow travelers. From there, set sail to explore 74 pristine islands, iconic destinations like Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet, Hayman Island, and Hook Island, and secluded bays perfect for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing. The ship’s spacious deck and shaded canopy offer plenty of space to unwind, while alfresco dining and an afternoon happy hour create the ultimate social setting. Each day brings thrilling activities—snorkeling vibrant coral reefs, encountering marine life, and taking scenic bushwalks to jaw-dropping lookouts.

Itinerary
DAY ONE
Arrive at Coral Sea Marina by 8:15 am for a headcount, with departure set for 8:30 am. If you’re up for it, you can help raise the sails. Otherwise, relax as we cruise across the Whitsunday Passage to Whitsunday Island, where we’ll anchor at Tongue Bay. Take a guided bush walk to Hill Inlet Lookout for a view of the beautiful swirling sands, then head to Whitehaven Beach. You’ll have a few hours to explore this stunning beach. In the afternoon, we’ll sail north to another island, anchoring just before sunset. After dinner, enjoy a drink and the evening ambience.
DAY TWO
Start your day with an early breakfast, then gear up with snorkelling equipment to explore the vibrant marine life around the coral reefs. After your underwater adventure, enjoy morning tea before heading to another spot for swimming, snorkelling, or relaxing on the beach. Next, cruise to Langford Island and take a short walk to the lookout for a panoramic view of Hayman Island. Visit the Sandspit and watch for turtles, fish, and rays in the shallow waters. Cap off the day by enjoying the sunset over the water.
DAY THREE
Start your day with a refreshing swim and snorkelling session before we make our way to Nara Inlet to see the Ngaro Rock Art. Afterwards, have some fun with a rope swing. Spend some leisurely time on deck as we sail back to Airlie Beach.

What to bring
Solway Voyager is BYO (no glass or red wine)
Please pack your belongings for your trip in a small soft-sided bag.
What to bring: clothes, beach towel, toiletries, hat, swimwear, sunscreen, jacket/sweater, camera, sunglasses, running shoes or sandals for island walks, cash or credit card for onboard purchases.
How to get there
The crew will meet the guests 30 minutes before departure at Coral Sea Marina (South End) at Meeting Point C.
Parking: Guests who drive can park their cars at Coral Sea Marina. A fee applies to parking at this marina, and guests purchase parking tickets from the machines in the car park (credit cards or coins) at their own cost.

- Any dietary requirements (such as vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free diets and dairy/lactose-free) will need to pay a surcharge of $15 per person payable on check in. Kosher and Halal diets are unable to be catered for.
